When I think about growth, I think about people.
Of course, growth means winning new customers, building partnerships, and expanding into new markets. But for me, it also means creating opportunities for people to develop, challenge themselves, build careers they are proud of and achieve things they may not have thought possible.
That is what makes building Lavasource so exciting to me. We are not simply building a business. We are building something that has the potential to change our people's professional lives, give them opportunities to grow and create a future they can be proud to be part of.
We have come a long way. We have delivered projects in more than 70 countries and grown into one of Dayforce's largest partners. But I believe we are still at the beginning of what we can achieve. Our industry is changing rapidly. Organisations are rethinking how they work, how they support their people and how they use technology to make better decisions. The opportunity for us is not just to implement technology, but to help customers turn that technology into real business outcomes.
We will not achieve that by trying to do everything ourselves. The best businesses are built on great people, strong partnerships, and a willingness to collaborate. When customers, technology providers and delivery partners work towards the same goal, we can achieve far more together than we ever could individually.
As we grow, I want us to keep that personal connection. I want us to remain ambitious, keep challenging ourselves, and never lose sight of the people behind the projects, the partnerships and the results. Ultimately, success for me is not just how big Lavasource becomes. It is what we achieve along the way, the difference we make to our customers, and the opportunities we create for our people.
We are building something special at Lavasource, and I believe our best chapters are still ahead of us.
